Booking Terms 

Thank you for considering to book with us we greatly appreciate your support.  We aim provide affordable photography services at a affordable price, our customer service is second to non and we are happy to have you as one of our customers.

We are happy to cater to all your needs feel free to share ideas that you may have and we will try our level best to assist. Please note that extra fees will be charged for additional set ups are required for our studio photography.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THE TERMS BELOW TILL THE VERY END

Bookings Terms

All bookings should be made not later that 8 - 15 days before the actual desired date this helps us secure and confirm the desired date and time, a non refundable 50% deposit should be paid to secure your date the fee is non refundable, the remaining amount should be paid 72 Hours before the date of the booking.  Weekends are our busiest booking times so we advise that all bookings done for weekends are booked before hand to avoid you loosing your booking.  

Please make sure your booking has been confirmed before making any payments 

Late arrivals

Because bookings are only 30 minutes apart for studio shoots per customer all late arrivals will be charged an additional N$200, we would like all consumers to arrive on time being 30min late will result in having your time slot moved to a time in the month when there are available time slots.  Image delivery takes 7 working days if you require images faster and delivered in 3 days a additional payment of N$200 should be made. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are permissible at anytime once the booking is made but please kindly note that the customer forfeits the 50% deposit that they have paid to secure the date.  This is done because I reserve the date and do not take in any other shoots for that time slot, initially losing customers in the process.  Cancellations have to be confirmed 90 Hours before the shoot takes place 

Social Media 

All photographs and footage are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of the Photographer in accordance with Republic of Namibia Copyright Laws. The Clients hereby waive any rights to intellectual property ownership, monetization, or reproduction of the images and footage created by the Photographer, with exception of the terms of any formal written releases provided to the Client by the Photographer.  Client agrees not to reproduce or modify the images or footage provided by the Photographer without first obtaining a formal written release signed by the Photographer
